By accessing or using QR Fox, a product of DG Fox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
QR Fox provides a platform for creating, managing, and tracking dynamic QR codes with customizable landing pages. Our service allows you to generate QR codes that link to content you can update at any time without changing the QR code itself.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QR Fox to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Engage in phishing, spam, or other fraudulent activities
- Create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate any person or entity
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DG Fox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to QR Fox. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Subscription and Payments
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel your subscription.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we will prorate any charges or credits accordingly.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DG Fox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DG Fox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms of Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DG Fox operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
